Google to establish Safety Engineering Centre in Hyderabad

Technology giant Google is all set to establish a Safety Engineering Centre (GSEC) in Hyderabad soon. The Telangana government signed an agreement with the Google LLC which is part of a strategically crucial and broad ranging partnership.

Hyderabad is home



for Google’s largest campus outside the US, coming up at Gachibowli. In March 2023, the company unveiled the design for the 3 million square feet building. Construction commenced last year, and completion is expected by early 2026. The 7.3-acre site was acquired by the company in 2019.
