Government
on Tuesday ordered a probe into the death of five women who died at Niloufer
Hospital due to heavy bleeding after Caesarian in just about a week. Government
ordered Hyderabad district collector Rahul Bojja to conduct the probe and
submit the report within a week.

Reddy, while addressing a press conference at the Secretariat, informed that a
three-member committee of doctors comprising of Petlaburj Government Maternity
Hospital superintendent Dr Pratibha, Prof. Rani from Gandhi Hospital
and
anaesthesiologist Dr Deeparaj Singh, will also investigate the circumstances
leading to the death of the five women and submit a report to the government
before the end of this week. He assured that the government will take harsh
steps against those found responsible for the deaths.
The press conference was held
following protests at Niloufer Hospital by the kin of five women who died after
C-sections.
