IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao yesterday said that the TRS Government has reached the target of making Rs 1.0 lakh cr IT Exports in just four years.Along with MP Kavitha and others, the minister launched an IT Hub in Nizamabad and addressed a public meeting at Polytechnic College Grounds.

Speaking on the occasion the minister stated that the government is fast expanding the IT Sector to other potential districts in the state. The IT Sector is not essentially confined to Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts and their surroundings and being expanded to other districts also, he said. With the new IT Hub in Nizamabad district the exports will rise and give jobs and employment to the local youth he said. Now we have fresh target of reaching Rs 1.20 lakh IT Exports he said.

Veena”, our Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is turning the state as Koti Ekarala Magana (On the mission to irrigate one crore acres). “We are on the job of to get each drop and make ample use of it to irrigate crops.

Stating that the government is keeping the promise of filling up 1.12 lakh posts in various departments, he claimed that through TSiPASS the government has offered 46000 jobs and created 5 lakh jobs directly and indirectly. Nizamabad municipality received a total of Rs 900 cr including Rs 400 cr state funds in four years. Mission Bhagiratha will provide potable waters to every village that were so far deprived of the facility.

Kavitha said the IT Hub is being set up for the students which will go in for inventions. This facility has to become a role model for others as TASK will provide necessary guidance to IT Hub.
