Questioning as to what was the need for outsiders to enter the Hyderabad Central University premises, the High Court has served notices to the State and Central governments along with vice-chancellor of the university, on a petition seeking removal of the Vice-Chancellor. 

The Court has taken up hearing on Monday on the petition filed by the



Rajya Sabha member V Hanumantha Rao seeking the removal of VC P Appa Rao.

Judge Angry over VH Attitude

During the hearing, the Court has expressed anger over Hanumantha Rao’s behaviour, when the latter tried to speak to the Justice directly. The Judge, who failed to calm down VH, asked the police to come inside the Court to control VH.
