Haj committee releases quota list

The Haj Committee of India released an additional Haj quota of 864 seats for the Telangana State for the waiting list category of Haj pilgrimage 2019.

Mohammed Masiullah Khan, Chairman, Telangana State Haj Committee said that the Central Haj Committee had allocated the seats after diverting the unused quota of various States. He said Telangana State waiting list candidates from 309 to 1170 will be accommodated in the 864 seats quota. He also said



the Haj Committee of India will accommodate 500 seats under “Mehram” category for women pilgrims.

The draw of lots for Nizam Rubath, free accommodation in buildings of Nizam Rubath management in Mecca will be held at the Chowmohalla Palace on May 4. The pilgrims will be accommodated in buildings acquired by the Nizam Rubath. List of pilgrims will also be posted online on “www.hrubath.org” on May 5.
