Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Hajj Committees have begun preparations of Hajj 2016. A meeting was conducted with the officials of various departments in Hajj House to finalise Hajj camp arrangements. All the departments assured complete cooperation in successful conduct of the Hajj Camp.
Pilgrims will start arriving for the camp from August 19 and the first
flight of Air India will leave for Jeddah on August 21. By August 28, a total of 15 flights will leave for Jeddah.
Deputy chief Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali presided over the meeting. Secretary Minority Welfare Syed Omer Jaleel, Chairman Andhra Pradesh Hajj Committee Momin Ahmed and member Central Hajj Committee Mrs. Tayyaba Afandi attended the meeting.
