According to Hajj Committee of India, the first flight for Haj pilgrims from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport to Jeddah would take off on August 1 at 11.15 am, while the last batch will leave on August 16.
Wuquf-e-Arafat is likely on August 20. After completing Hajj rituals pilgrims will start returning from September 12 and the last flight will reach Hyderabad on September 25. 4066 pilgrims will perform holy pilgrimage from Telangana.
Hajj pilgrims will be issued sim card in the Hyderabad itself. Mr Mohammed Masihullah Khan, Chairman Telangana State Hajj Committee told
this while addressing the 10th orientation programme of Hajj pilgrims. He told that he met Consul General Jeddah during his recent visit to Saudi Arabia and discussed the facilities provided to the Hajj pilgrims.
Prof Shukoor said that the Telangana State Hajj Committee had collected Rs. 8000 per head for sacrifice, however, pilgrims have to pay additional Rs. 360 which they can deposit in State Bank of India or Union Bank of India through challan. The last date is June 29.He informed that vaccination camp will be organised in the first week of July.
