Former Minister T Harish Rao said he had helped 10,000 people to get assistance worth Rs.35 crore from the Chief Minister Relief Fund (CMRF).

Addressing the gathering after distributing CMRF cheques worth Rs 54.50 lakh worth to 237 beneficiaries on Friday, Rao said that he was indeed too lucky to get an opportunity to help so many people in his



constituency.

Elaborating on various services carried out by him as minister and MLA, he pursued LV Prasad Hospitals to set up a hospital in Siddipet to reach out to thousands of people who required eye surgeries. The former minister said he made a lot of efforts such as serving breakfast and snacks to 10th-class students who achieved wonderful results.
