Former Minister and senior BRS MLA T Harish Rao held the Congress government responsible for the recurring food poisoning cases in residential welfare schools across the State. He accused the government of gross negligence and demanded immediate action to prevent such incidents.
“Despite repeated food
poisoning cases, the government’s approach remains unchanged. In less than 24 hours after 12 students from tribal welfare schools at Mancherial were hospitalised, more students were rushed to hospitals with vomiting and stomach pain. This indicates the government’s utter negligence to ensure basic safety for children,” he said.
