Justice T. Vinod Kumar of the Telangana High Court on Monday directed the parties encroaching on GVM Road at Jubilee Hills to vacate the premises. The judge is dealing with a writ petition filed by Dr Lakshmi Srinivasan, veterinary doctor residing at Jubilee Hills.

He alleged that the Municipal authorities had not removed the illegal encroachment on GVM Road,



in spite of issuing final notice to the encroachers and this was causing immense trouble to commuters and residents. The GHMC said the respondents were taking steps in this regard. 

The judge directed GHMC to immediately enforce the final notice and the encroaching parties to vacate the premises.
