Hyderabad: Health Minister, E. Rajender inaugurated a one-day National Conference for Young Nurses organised by Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) in association with Nursing Officers Association (NOA) and Innovative Alliance for Public Health (IAPH), here on Saturday.
Speaking at the inaugural of the conference aimed at enlightening the nursing professionals on their future role, Rajender described nursing as a very dynamic profession based on determination, care and humanity. “This is a great opportunity for all the participants to learn and interaction with their peers as well as the industry experts,” he
said.
The Managing Director, KIMS Group of Hospitals, Dr.Bhaskar Rao, said the session would encourage the participants to approach their professional development in a new way. “Speakers at the conference are experts playing an important role of helping participants understand nursing professional practice and continuous professional development,” he said.
Principal KIMS College of Nursing and conference convenor, Prof. N. Sheela, urged the participants to make use of the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge in growing health care sector intertwined with the ever changing modern science and technology.
