The Northern part of Telangana is likely to witness heavy rainfall today, said Raja Rao, IMD official.
According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), the state would receive moderate to heavy rainfall constantly for three days beginning from
Thursday.
The weathermen said that the reason for the cause of rainfall is not due to the pressure formed over the Bay of Bengal but due to the southwest monsoon.
It also issued heavy rain warning to the district like Adilabad, Komarambheem, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Mancherial, Karimnagar and Mulugu.
