Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao romped home with a thumping record margin of 1,20,650 over his nearest TJS opponent Bhavani Reddy from Siddipet Assembly constituency. This is the highest victory margin recorded for any constituency in the State.
TRS legislator from Asifabad Kova Lakshmi lost with just 171 votes against her nearest rival Congress candidate Atram Sakku.

Eshwar managed to scrape through past his Congress opponent A Laxman Kumar by a margin of 197 votes from Dharmapuri, and this is the lowest margin of victory in the State.
Harish Rao, winning the election for the sixth consecutive time, said: “I am dedicating this victory to the people of Siddipet and Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. I will serve the people of Siddipet till my last breath.”
