Home Minister Mohammad Mahmood Ali on Tuesday released an audiovisual documentary ‘Shoukath-e-Osmania’ on the contributions of the Nizam of Hyderabad. 

Speaking on the occasion, Mahmood Ali said that Nizams were secular leaders who always had public welfare interests as top priority and treated Hindus and Muslims equally and



respected all religions.

The documentary features the contributions of Nizam through his donations to different religious institutions and about various educational initiatives taken by him. On the occasion, Nawab Mir Najaf Ali Khan, grandson of Nizam VII Mir Osman Ali Khan was also present.
