HMDA e-auction for plots on April 7-8

Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA)’s e-auctioning of 67 plots of different sizes in Uppal Bhagayath phase II.

The registrations for participating in the auction have commenced already. The auction is slated for April 7 and 8 and the last date for registration is April 3. People interested in participating in the e-auction have to pay Rs 1000 and 18 per cent GST as registration before 5 pm on April 3. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled at 11.30 am on March

Unlike, the previous e-auctions, HMDA is now laying emphasis on the requirements of both individuals and builders as well. While there are plots ranging in 500 yards for those looking to construct their home, for those planning to construct commercial structures, there are plots from 2,000 to 8,000 square yards. The 67 plots are spread over 1.31 lakh square yards and the authorities are expecting to generate good revenues as the upset price is fixed at Rs 28,000 per square yard.
