Municipal
Administration Minister K Taraka Rama Rao has said that Hyderabad city was the
most investment-friendly city in the country in real estate sector. He was
taking part in the Real Estate Council Development Meeting held in Delhi on
Friday. Later speaking to media people, KTR said that the objective of the
meeting was to emulate the good practices of the housing development programmes
of various States at national level.

Telangana State was attracting investments on a largescale on account of
TS-iPass policy. He said that all amenities were being provided online since
June 2 and that the infrastructural amenities in Hyderabad were two times more
than in cities like Pune, Bangalore and Chennai. After the meeting, he called
on several Union Ministers, including Union Industries and Commerce Minister
Nirmala Sitaraman.
