A 50-year-old head constable succumbed to a heart-stroke while he was on his morning walk in DRDO township in the early hours of Wednesday.

According to Kanchanbagh police, the victim M. Suresh, was, as usual, on his morning walk, when at 7.30 am he suddenly fell unconscious. Other walkers rushed him to DRDO Apollo hospital, where the doctors declared him



dead, police said.

Suresh was a head constable at Malakpet traffic police station residing in Maruthi Nagar, Champapet.

Police registered a case of suspicious death under 174 CRPC and are investigating. The victim’s body was shifted to Osmania general hospital for post-mortem.
