Hyderabad may get thunder showers in next 24 hours

The city might experience light thunder showers over the next 24 hours, officials from the local weather department said. It also issued a thunderstorm warning for the entire state.

Thunderstorm accompanied with gusty wind likely to occur at isolated places in all the districts of Telangana for next 24 hours,“ the IMD said in a



statement. Officials said the city would witness partly cloudy skies in the morning hours and have thicker cloud cover towards afternoon or evening with possibility of rain or thundershowers accompanied by squall or hail.

On Sunday , the city recorded a maximum temperature of 37.7 degrees Celsius against normal of 39.2 degrees Celsius.
