Temperatures continued to rise for the third day in the city. On Monday, an average maximum temperature of 34.2 degree Celsius was recorded in the city.
According to the forecast by India Meteorological Department, Hyderabad, the city would witness warmer days for about a week. The dry weather is also a contributing factor to the sudden rise in the temperature. For the next three days, the maximum and minimum temperatures in
the city are likely to remain around 35 degree Celsius and 19 degree Celsius.
Meanwhile, a few parts of Suryapet, Mahbubabad and Khammam are likely to receive light showers on Wednesday. Most parts of the State, however, have the temperatures well above 35 degree Celsius, with Suryapet and Nalgonda recording the highest maximum temperature of 37.2 degree Celsius on Monday.
