The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Hyderabad on Friday morning, in its 48-hour forecast, has indicated that maximum and minimum temperatures across Telangana State are likely to be below normal by 2 to 3 degree Celsius for the next 2 days.

The IMD-Hyderabad said that after 2-days, the temperatures will gradually rise by 2 to 3 degree Celsius.

While dry weather will prevail over the state, early morning hazy/mist, however, will likely prevail during morning hours at isolated pockets over Telangana during the next 3-days, IMD officials

said.

“From Saturday or Sunday, we are expecting that temperatures will rise again and start touching 40 degree Celsius across multiple locations in Telangana State,” IMD-Hyderabad officials on Friday said.

Meanwhile, noted weather forecaster, T Balaji on platform X (formerly Twitter) on Friday morning said that Friday was the coldest March morning for Hyderabad. “Temperatures dropped yet again in Hyderabad. Few parts of Hyderabad recorded 10 degree Celsius. Morning cold weather is likely to continue for the next 3 days, however, days will be warm,” he posted.
