Imagine you eagerly unwrap a Cadbury Dairy Milk to indulge your sweet cravings, only to be greeted by an unwelcome sight – fungus. It’s a stomach-turning discovery, isn’t it? Well, that’s exactly what happened to a resident of Hyderabad, who wasted no time lodging a complaint online. Sharing images of the contaminated chocolate bar with ‘X’, they called upon the company to take action.
The user, @goooofboll, displayed four images showcasing the various afflictions of the chocolate, from white fungus to a gaping hole at the back, with melted and
eerie sides. Notably, the chocolate was manufactured in January 2024 and was already 12 months past its expiry date. As the OP pointed out, “The manufacturing of these dairy milk is January 2024, expiry is best before 12 months from manufacture. Found them like this when I opened it. Look into this @DairyMilkIn
The post quickly gained traction, drawing comments from concerned consumers. “I had similar experience with @DairyMilkIn 100rs bar had to throw it away Didn’t cared about it but that is something they should look at,” remarked one user.
