Hyderabad: Robber involved in a dozen cases detained under PD Act

Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar issued orders invoking the Preventive Detention act against Mohammed Shahbaz Khan alias Shera, a habitual offender.

Shera (20), a resident of Bhoopalnagar in Upparpally along with other associates, would recce Rajendranagar and Mailardevpally areas on a scooter and commit

They targeted truck and cab drivers and robbed them at knife point. Shera is involved in 11 offences in the last one year in Rajendra Nagar and Mailardevpally. He was arrested in last October and jailed. He was granted bail in January.
