Hyderabad has become a key destination for startups and innovation has become the core for Telangana. In continuing the culture of creativity and innovation, T-Works is hosting Hyderabad’s first and the country’s largest Maker Faire from November 9 to 11 at HITEX Exhibition Centre. Maker Faire that started about 12 years ago in the US is a celebration of invention, creativity, and curiosity showcasing the best of the global ‘Maker Movement’.

Faires so far.
Maker Faire at Hyderabad will be spread across 50,000 sq ft with over 200 makers, artists and entrepreneurs from across the country showcasing their work. Close to 20,000 participants are expected to attend the event over the three days. The event is being organised by over 50 makers and 12 maker spaces, artists & artisans, incubators, accelerators, and ecosystem partners. About 10-15 organisations are sponsoring the event. Telangana Government is kick-starting the initiative with different stakeholders.
