Hyderabad traffic police conducts road safety awareness program for TGSRTC bus drivers

An awareness program on traffic rules and road safety was organsied by the Hyderabad Traffic Police for the TGSRTC bus drivers from Chengicherla depot at Jubilee Bus Station on Friday.

A total of 50 RTC drivers were made aware on road accidents and prevention through a power point presentation.

Speaking on the occasion, G Shankar Raju,



ACP (Traffic), North Zone said that traveling in an RTC bus was safer compared to other vehicles.

“The lives of about 40 to 50 passengers in a bus are in the hands of a driver. So, the driver should always drive the bus carefully and take the passengers to their destinations safely,” he said.
