In connection with the Bibi Ka Alam procession starting from Darulshifa, in the old city, Hyderabad traffic police issued a traffic advisory for Saturday. Traffic restrictions will be in place and traffic will also be diverted at different parts of the old city from Friday midnight till Saturday midnight.
During this time, Vehicular traffic will not be allowed towards BiBi-ka-Alawa. Further traffic will be diverted or stopped on the procession routes on a need basis.
Meanwhile, APSRTC and TSRTC district buses will be diverted towards Rang Mahal and
Afzalgunj for entry and exit on Saturday and they are prohibited on the Khalikabar and Miralam Mandi road till the procession terminates.
Further traffic restrictions will be in
place from 4pm to 8.30pm on Saturday in Secunderabad.
Vehicular traffic proceeding from Hyderabad via Tankbund towards Karbala
Maidan will be diverted towards Kavadiguda, Bible House and R.P. Road.
Vehicular traffic proceeding from RP Road towards Karbala Maidan will be diverted at the Traffic Island near Bible House (via) Kavadiguda X roads and will join the Tank Bund Road at DBR Mills.
MG Road between the Central Telegraph Island and Ranigunj will be ONE WAY" towards Ranigunj. The Traffic will be diverted at Ranigunj Junction towards the Ministers Road (KIMS Hospital) on a need basis, said Additional CP, Hyderabad Traffic G Sudheer Babu in a release issued on Thursday.
