Illegally stocked drugs worth Rs 2.2 lakh seized from clinic in Hyderabad

Drugs worth Rs 2.2 lakh were seized from unlicensed premises in East Marredpally by the Drug Control Administration, Telangana, on Friday.

Acting on credible information on illegal stocking and sale of medicines, the DCA



officials raided the premises at Tukaramgate and found drugs stocked at a clinic for sale without a drug licence. Unauthorised stocks of a large quantity of medicines intended for sale, including 27 varieties of medicines, were found at the premises.
