and in order to strengthen the democratic institutions and to provide social
justice to the people the Centre may initiate action to place the issue with
Election Commission of India he said. It was envisaged in the Andhra Pradesh
Reorganisation Act to increase the Assembly seats in two Telugu states and in
AP from 175 to 225 seats. The Centre may take steps and Parliament as per law
procedures and the Election commission determine the delimitation of the
