Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is arriving in Hyderabad this evening on a three-day visit to India. The visiting dignitary will visit the Makkah Masjid and interact with the Iranian community in Hyderabad tomorrow, before coming to Delhi.
On Saturday, he will hold talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Both leaders will review the progress achieved
in bilateral relations and exchange views on regional and international issues of mutual interest. Several agreements are also expected to be signed.
Dr Rouhani will also meet President Ram Nath Kovind and Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu during his stay in the national capital. Mr Modi had paid a visit to Iran in May 2016.
