Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen president Asaduddin Owaisi on Friday sought intervention of the Telangana State Commission for Backward Classes' into the issues faced by Hindi speaking Yadav community .
The Hyderabad parliamentarian met panel chairman BS Ramulu and urged him to look into the grievances of the
community. Owaisi said he received representations in which said they were facing difficulty in obtaining caste and nativity certificates.“The documents placed before me show that the members of the Yadav community are the permanent natives of Hyderabad,“ an excerpt from Owaisi's letter to the commission reads.
