Jan. 1 declared as public holiday

The State Government has issued orders declaring January 1, 2016 (Friday) as public holiday instead of optional holiday on the occasion of ‘New Year’ Day. Consequently, second 

relative; top: -2px; z-index: 0;">Saturday on February 13, 2016 will be a working day in lieu of Public Holiday on January 1, 2016.

Accordingly, a notification was issued notifying the General Holidays and Optional Holidays.
