The Jana Sena announced its list of eight candidates for the November 30 elections, which it is contesting in alliance with the BJP in Telangana. Muyaboyina Ramadevi from Aswaraopeta is the lone woman candidate. Nemuri Shankar Goud, state incharge of the Jana Sena, is contesting from Tandur seat.
Others in the fray are Mummareddy Prem Kumar from Kukatpally, Mekala Satheesh Reddy from Kodad, Miryala Ramakrishna from Khammam, Lakkineni Surender
Rao from Kothagudem, Lakshman Goud from Nagarkurnool and Sampath Nayak from Wyra.
It appeared that the concerns of the BJP leaders have been taken care of in not giving some seats like Serilingampally to the Jana Sena. Former MP Konda Visheshwar Reddy who is reportedly aspiring for the Chevella parliamentary, within which Serilingampally falls, was particular in getting the ticket for Ravi Yadav.
