The JBS-MGBS stretch of corridor -II of Hyderabad Metro rail is likely to be thrown open in April 2019, the managing director of Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL) NVS Reddy said.

Reddy pointed out that all critical gaps on corridor II, between JBS and Falaknuma, are expected to be completed by March, next year. He said currently civil works are being carried out on many stretches on the second corridor.

“Apart from station works, construction of the viaduct between Narayanguda and Putlibowli is also being carried out now. The



stretch between Jubilee Bus Station and MGBS is likely to be open for public by April 2019,” Reddy added.

With the completion of Bhoiguda ROB which falls under corridor – II (JBS-Falaknuma) of the Hyderabad Metro rail recently authorities have successfully bridged a critical gap.

According to HMRL authorities, the Panjagutta-LB Nagar stretch of Corridor-I is now at an advanced stage of completion. The entire corridor I, Ameerpet to LB Nagar, is expected to be up and running by August-end.
