Justice Narasimha Reddy visits UoH campus

Newly appointed Chancellor of University of Hyderabad (UoH), Justice L Narasimha Reddy visited the campus on Friday and interacted with the Deans of Schools, Heads of Departments, Directors / Coordinators of Centres, and other administrative officials.

Prof. Appa Rao Podile, Vice-Chancellor, UoH introduced the Chancellor to the gathering and faculty and gave a brief about their respective Schools, Departments and Centres to him.

“It’s a great honour for me to be associated with the UoH, an



institution which is well-known for teaching and research”, said Justice Narasimha Reddy.He called upon the faculty to mentor the students to enable them to be model citizens of this country. He also assured the gathering of his support in making the university among the best globally.

Later the Chancellor visited the Sarojini Naidu School of Arts & Communication, School of Chemistry and School of Life Sciences and was impressed with the infrastructure and facilities.
