K T Rama Rao launches 'Swachh Dhooth App'

Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister K T Rama Rao on Thursday launched ‘Swachh Dhooth App in order to encourage source segregation for homemakers, who are practicing source segregation (dry and wet garbage) at home to achieve the objective of Swachh

City Mayor Bonthu Rammohan and GHMC Commissioner B Janardhan Reddy participated in the event. Under ‘Swachh Dhooth’, one homemaker will be selected among eligible households through lucky draw and will be awarded a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh every month.
