The Kaleshwaram Judicial Commission, headed by Justice PC Ghose has initiated a comprehensive investigation into the Kaleshwaram project in Telangana.

Justice Ghose, who has visited the project site, said the details will emerge in due course and notices have been issued to officials connected with the inquiry. He also said the commission has received 54 complaints, including claims for compensation that have not been addressed.

Justice Ghose said these complaints will be thoroughly examined, and various agencies are being summoned for the investigation and all relevant information is being collected to uncover the

truth.

Justice Ghose emphasised that the investigation will take more time though it is progressing fast. Justice Ghose mentioned the necessity of understanding core issues and facts before submitting a report.

The delay in the investigation is partly due to the Model Election Code which was in effect till recently. Justice Ghose said the commission has received all necessary reports from the government, which are currently being reviewed.

Justice Ghosh affirmed his commitment to conducting a thorough, unbiased investigation to ensure that all facts are accurately reported.
