Kapra recorded 75.3 mm rain on Tuesday

Heavy rain lashed parts of the city on Tuesday evening. The Telangana State Development Planning Society measured Kapra as having received 75.3 mm, the highest in the state, Kushiaguda 60 mm and Rajendranagar 58 mm of rainfall. 

Overall the city received 20.5 mm of rainfall, said the



Indian Meteorological Department-Hyderabad. 

The department has  warned of heavy rainfall in certain parts of the state. The IMD-Hyderabad said that light to moderate rain or thundershowers are very likely to occur a few places in the state.
