Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has been invited to attend the ‘India-South Africa Business Summit-2018’ to present Telangana’s business perspective, which in turn, will result in increased investments in the State and improve trade between South Africa and India.
The invitation came from the High Commission of India at Pretoria, the South African city which is the seat of the executive branch of the South African government. The summit is scheduled for April 29 and 30 and is being held in collaboration with the Government of
India, the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry along with the Confederation of Indian Industry, the Indian High Commissioner Ruchira Kamboj said in the invitation.
The two-day event has in its schedule among others, sessions on start-up ecosystem in India, healthcare and pharma, food and agro processing, and women entrepreneurs – opportunities in India and South Africa. All the sessions are to be held in the format of the World Economic Forum.
