Caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao who wooed the electorate of his own constituency on Wednesday, by vowing two buffaloes for each household. He also promised pucca houses for all the poor. Speaking at a ‘Ashirwada Sabha,’ the TRS party chief showered several sops on the people of his constituency. “Earlier Hyderabad State was in existence. But the lives of the people of the state had taken a wrong turn in 1956 as united Andhra Pradesh,” KCR said. He
criticised the People’s Front for Rahul and Chandrababu Naidu combine as anti-Telangana. “The then CM Kiran Kumar Reddy said he would not give single paise for Telangana. But no Congress leader resigned. Now Chandrababu Naidu says there is no water in Krishna river basin. But no Congress leader is questioning,” KCR fumed.
He said Kaleshwaram would be realised and one crore acres would get irrigation water if TRS was voted to power, the caretaker CM said. He appealed to the people to wisely choose the leaders.
