Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Tuesday released the 21-day schedule to celebrate a decade of Telangana state formation, from June 2.
As per the schedule, the CM will launch celebrations on June 2 at Secretariat and deliver his address. Ministers will launch the celebrations in their districts.
The rest of the schedule, decided at a meeting that Rao held with ministers and officials, is as follows:
June 3: Farmers Day on agriculture.
June 4: Suraksha Day for police.
June 5: Power Day.
June 6: Industrial progress Day. Meetings in industrial estates and IT
corridors.
June 7: Irrigation day
June 8: Festival of lakes in
villages
June 9: Welfare celebration
June 10: Good Governance Day
June 11: Telangana Literary Day
June 12: Telangana Run for students and youth
June 13: Women's Day
June 14: Medical and Health Day
June 15: Palle Pragathi Day
June 16: Pattana Pragathi Day
June 17: Tribal Day
June 18: Drinking Water Day
June 19: Greenery Day
June 20: Education Day
June 21: Spiritual Day
June 22: Martyrs Memorial Day, CM to inaugurate new Martyrs Memorial at Lumbini Park.
