BRS president and Leader of Opposition K Chandrashekhar Rao will participate in the upcoming budget session of the State Legislative Assembly commencing from Wednesday. Party working president KT Rama Rao confirmed the same, stating that he would attend the Governor’s address and also the State budget presentation.
After recovering from his surgery, Chandrashekhar Rao is creating a political storm by actively interacting with the public and also the party leaders. His speech at the BRS extended executive body meeting chaired by him, had boosted the morale of the party cadre and also stirred up public
interest in recent times.
When asked whether the BRS chief would be present throughout the session, Rama Rao said as son and also party leader, he would personally prefer the former Chief Minister stay away from the Assembly. “None in the Congress can match the stature of Chandrashekhar Rao. He need not tolerate their abusive and cheap remarks. Though Revanth Reddy is the Chief Minister, he is not even a fraction of Chandrashekhar Rao’s stature,” he said, asserting that the BRS legislators would continue their battle to safeguard Telangana’s interests both inside and outside the State Legislature.
