Union Minister of State for Home G Kishan Reddy said getting elected as a Member of Parliament would not prevent him from fighting for the issues related to the State. Addressing the party leaders and cadre of Secunderabad parliamentary Constituency here on Monday, he asked the party cadre to work hard to win the ensuing elections of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and other municipal bodies.
Also, he asked the leaders to continue to hold Assembly constituency-wise meetings to take stock of the problems being faced by the people and work to
resolve them. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State unit president K Laxman asked the party cadre to intensify activities to ensure that the party wins GHMC elections.
He termed that winning the GHMC elections is important for the party and said party cadre should intensify their activities working closely with the people on various issues.
Earlier, in the morning yesterday Kishan Reddy participated in a Padayatra in Golnaka and Tulasi Ramnagar to take stock of the problems being faced by people.
