KTR acquitted in 'rail roko' case

After a six-year trial in a case registered during the separate Telangana state agitation, three ministers -K Taraka Rama Rao, Nayani Narasimha Reddy, T Padma Rao -were on Wednesday acquitted by a Hyderabad court.The case relates to `rail roko' stir at the Moula Ali railway



station. 

Apart from the three ministers, 11 others, who were named as accused in the case, were also acquitted. The Special Judicial First Class Court for Railways-cum-second Metropolitan Magistrate Court acquitted the 14, who were accused of stalling the Godavari Express.
