BRS working president and IT minister K.T.Rama Rao's meeting with BJP MLA Etala Rajender and Congress MLA T. Jagga Reddy in Legislative Assembly has created a buzz in political circles. The House was scheduled to commence at 11.30 am on Thursday. Most of the MLAs were inside the House by 11.15 am.
Rama Rao entered the House at around 11.20 am. Noticing BJP MLA Etala Rajender in Opposition benches, Rama Rao made his way to Rajender's seat, greeted him and embraced him later. Both leaders were seen engaging in a cordial conversation for about ten minutes, exchanging smiles and warm gestures.
The interaction between Rama Rao and Rajender grabbed the attention of all members. The unexpected bonhomie between both the leaders
especially at a time when Assembly polls are around the corner sparked political speculations.
After the House was adjourned, Rama Rao noticed Congress MLA T. Jagga Reddy in Assembly lobbies and greeted him. Jagga Reddy followed Rama Rao to his chambers. Both the leaders held discussions for about 20 minutes. Few BRS ministers and MLAs were also present in Rama Rao's chambers.
After coming out, media personnel surrounded Jagga Reddy and asked him about the purpose of his meeting with Rama Rao. Jagga Reddy clarified that he met Rama Rao for resolution of few pending issues in his Sangareddy constituency and there was no political significance
attached to his meeting.
