Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) working president K T Rama Rao has asked the party workers not to splurge money on banners and advertisements on the occasion of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s birthday and instead asked them to plant a sapling.
The TRS party leaders are planning big for the birthday of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on February 17. Former Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav has planned birthday celebrations at Jal Vihar at Necklace Roads, where K T Rama Rao and K Kavitha and party leaders from the city are expected to
attend.
The TRS working president took to Twitter on Wednesday to urge the party rank and file to avoid spending huge money on the advertisements and banners. “On the eve of our Chief Minister KCR’s birthday on 17th February, I appeal to all the leaders and party workers of TRS not to splurge money on banners and advertisements. Instead each of us plant a sapling to express affection for our leader,” said Rama Rao with hash tags ‘#Eachoneplantone and #Happybirthday KCR’.
