Light showers bring relief from sweltering heat in Hyderabad

Some parts of Hyderabad received showers that provided relief from the sweltering heat. Several parts of Hyderabad and Secunderabad twin cities received light showers Sunday evening. The twin cities have been witnessing dry weather conditions for the past few days. The maximum temperature in the city was recorded at 36.4 degree Celsius.

Areas like Kukatpally,



Mehdipatnam, Moosapet, Erragadda, Ameerpet, Rasoolpura, Jubilee Hills, Khairatabad, Panjagutta, and surrounding parts received light showers.

Despite the cloudy weather and thunderstorms in the city, according to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), dry weather conditions are expected to be witnessed in the next two days.
