Man gets 20 years rigorous imprisonment for rape of minor girl in Hyderabad:

A local court in Hyderabad sentenced a man to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment on charges of raping a minor girl. The court also imposed a fine of Rs.10,000 on him.

The man, A Ramu (24), had befriended the victim in 2016



and on the pretext of marriage, raped her multiple times. Following a complaint made by the victim, the police booked a case and arrested him. After trial, the court sentenced him to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment and imposed the fine of Rs. 10,000.
