Man held at Secunderabad railway station for smuggling ganja to Pune

The Government Railway Police (GRP) in coordination with the Rapid Action Force (RPF) arrested a 36-year-old person from Pune in Maharashtra for smuggling ganja.

The police said Laxman Sambhaji Mogal was working as an agricultural

labourer while his associate Manoranjan Das of Pune in Maharashtra was absconding. After he lost his left hand in a train accident in 2006, Mogal could not take up other jobs and continued working as an agricultural laborer in his village for low wages.
