Man jumps to death from Hyderabad Metro station

An unidentified man allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the concourse level of the Ameerpet Metro station in Ameerpet here on Thursday morning.

Locals and co-passengers who noticed him rushed to his rescue, but he had died by

then.

The SR Nagar police visited the spot and are investigating. Efforts are on to identify the victim.

The body has been shifted to the Gandhi Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
