Metro operations on LB Nagar-Ameerpet to begin from September

L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited announced that commercial operations on the Ameerpet to LB Nagar route are being planned from September first week.

All the works, including testing and commissioning activities have already been completed. At present, trial runs are being carried out in full swing.

On the proposed commercial operations on the much-awaited Ameerpet – LB Nagar route, Reddy said “We are



confident that after the Ameerpet – LB Nagar line becomes operational around September first week. 

Public at large will choose this comfortable, safe, time saving and environment friendly mode of transport to their advantage.”

This increased ridership is attributed to passenger loyalty and particularly due to Last and First Mile Connectivity initiatives, LTMRHL said.
