Metro Rail project can be delayed for two years

Hyderabad: The construction work pertaining to Metro Rail project will be delayed by about two years. The officials of the project say that due to the intervention of Government of Telangana, the project work would be delayed by about two years. 

Earlier, it was



estimated that the project would be completed by July 2017 but it is difficult to meet the target. The original cost the the Metro Rail project was estimated at Rs.16 thousand crore but it may increase two thousand crore more.
